HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to hallo@oystories.com and a dear member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. Any enquiries sent on Friday afternoon to Monday morning, as well as during public holidays will be responded to the following business day.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

All of our products are priced in Euros (€). Your credit card will be charged in Euros and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement. Øy stories is a Norwegian registered business.

WHERE ARE THE ØY PIECES MADE?

All Øy pieces are designed and tailored in Bali.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online, they are sent through to the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. The most important to us it that you love your Øy pieces as much as we do, and you may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date you received your item. Please contact our team to return or exchange your item.
