CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as it’s sent straight to our warehouse for packing. You are welcome to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ØY PIECES?

We recommend gentle cold machine washing or hand washing with gentle detergent. Do not tumble dry.

All Øy garments and accessories are handcrafted in Bali.

ARE YOUR PIECES SUSTAINABLE OR ETHICALLY MADE?

All Øy pieces are handmade in Bali in small batches, using natural fibres and ethical production practices. Sustainability and ethical production is the foundation of everything we do—from design to packaging.
